1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings given below:

  • "Calmora", "we", "us", "our" — the business operating at 14 Phetkasem Road, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110, Thailand.
  • "You", "user" — any person who visits our website or uses our services.
  • "Services" — the family information, communication support, and organisational sessions offered by Calmora, including the Gentle Talk Preparation session, Document Tidy Workshop, and Family Coordination Package.
  • "Website" — the Calmora website at https://calmora.sbs.
  • "Materials" — printed guides, checklists, folders, and written summaries provided as part of a service.
  • "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any booking confirmation or written arrangement we send you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enter into this Agreement. By proceeding, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so.

If you are booking on behalf of a family group, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of all participants.

3. Our Services

Calmora provides educational, communication support, and organisational services for families. All services are informational and supportive in nature. Nothing we offer constitutes legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.

Services We Offer

  • Gentle Talk Preparation — a one-to-one or small-group session providing simple structures and a printed guide to support family conversations during periods of change. Approximately two hours. Educational and supportive only.
  • Document Tidy Workshop — a small-group, half-day workshop helping households gather and label everyday documents, with printed checklists and folders provided. Organisational and informational only.
  • Family Coordination Package — a structured package across two to three meetings helping a household set shared arrangements and produce a written summary. Includes a plan and family briefing sheet. Supportive and organisational only.

Services are available in Hua Hin, Thailand. We may offer remote or telephone sessions at our discretion. Availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking
  • Attend booked sessions at the agreed time, or give us reasonable notice (at least 48 hours) if you need to reschedule
  • Treat our team and any other participants with respect and courtesy
  • Use any materials we provide for personal, household use only — not for redistribution or resale
  • Not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to decline or end a session if conduct makes it difficult to proceed in a calm and respectful manner.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Calmora website — including text, guides, checklists, structure, and design — is the property of Calmora and is protected under applicable Thai law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use our website and read our materials for your own household purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website or printed materials without our written permission.

Printed materials provided as part of a service are for the personal use of the household that attended. They may not be shared commercially or presented as your own work.

6. Fees & Payments

Pricing

  • Gentle Talk Preparation — ฿3,900 per session
  • Document Tidy Workshop — ฿14,400 per household
  • Family Coordination Package — ฿32,800 per household

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include any materials stated in the service description. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed in your booking confirmation is the price that applies to your session.

Payment

We will confirm accepted payment methods with you when you book. Full payment is typically required before or at the time of the session unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: we will offer a rescheduled session or a full refund.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: a rescheduled session will be offered where possible; refunds are at our discretion.
  • If Calmora needs to cancel or reschedule, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
  • Refunds are returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Gentle Talk Preparation

The session is intended to help participants approach a conversation calmly and with care. It does not replace professional support. The printed guide provided is for educational purposes and relates to communication structures only.

Document Tidy Workshop

The workshop helps households organise and label documents. We do not review, interpret, or advise on the legal or financial content of any documents. Participants are encouraged to seek guidance from relevant official sources for matters requiring professional input.

Family Coordination Package

The written plan and briefing sheet produced are organisational summaries for the household's own use. They do not constitute a legally binding document, a formal agreement, or professional advice of any kind. We may refer participants to official resources where appropriate.

Confidentiality

We handle information shared during sessions with discretion and care. Details shared in a session will not be discussed outside it, except where required by Thai law. Please see our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

8. Disclaimers

Calmora provides information and communication support. We are not a professional service provider in any regulated field. Nothing in our sessions, materials, or written outputs should be taken as legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

We make every effort to ensure that the information and structures we share are helpful and well-considered, but we cannot make any assurance about particular outcomes for any family or household. Every situation is different.

Our website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be free from errors or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Calmora's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss — including loss of income, decisions made based on information from a session, or family outcomes — whether or not we were advised such loss was possible.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to take responsibility for any reasonable costs or claims we face as a direct result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of our services or materials.

11. Termination

Either party may end an arrangement at any time with reasonable notice. Cancellation and refund terms in Section 6 apply.

We may decline to offer services to any individual where we have a reasonable basis for doing so, such as conduct that makes it difficult to provide a safe and respectful session environment.

Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms survive termination of any arrangement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes that arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

If you have a concern about a service, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. We will respond within 10 working days.

If informal resolution is not possible, either party may pursue the matter through mediation or through the appropriate Thai courts.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement — these Terms, together with any booking confirmation, form the complete agreement between us regarding the service.
  • Severability — if any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
  • Waiver — our decision not to enforce a term on one occasion does not mean we waive the right to enforce it in the future.
  • Assignment — you may not transfer your rights under these Terms to another person. We may transfer our rights where this does not reduce your entitlements.
  • Notices — formal notices under these Terms should be sent by email to the addresses stated in Section 15.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For bookings already confirmed, the Terms in place at the time of booking apply unless we notify you otherwise.
